Production Engineer

Role Overview: As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes in sheet metal fabrication. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient production, maintain quality output, and drive continuous improvement. Your tasks will include developing and optimizing sheet metal fabrication processes, preparing production plans, routings, and work instructions, supporting new product introduction, and ensuring manufacturability. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring machine performance and recommending upgrades or improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes - Prepare production plans, routings, and work instructions - Support new product introduction - Ensure manufacturability - Monitor machine performance and recommend upgrades or improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing - Knowledge of fabrication techniques - Previous experience working in a Press shop Please note that this is a Full-time position with benefits that include leave encashment.
