Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, with a particular focus on General industry Control system , hydraulic control systems , Mobile PLC programming, embedded systems, software skills, control panel wiring and assembly. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from initial setup and process optimization to ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Role & responsibilities

Production Management:

• Supervise and manage electrical aspects of production processes.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project & dispatch deadlines.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders.

Technical Skills:

• Assemble and wire control panels as per approved schematic diagrams .
• Prepare and maintain technical documents such as wiring diagrams, schematics, and operational procedures & Knowledge On ERP system .
• Experience in programming of QT , CODESYS , Mobile PLC, Python , tools & software Configurator.
• Experience & Knowledge in Various Field Protocols Like RS485, CAN Open, J1939, PWM .
• Knowledge with Wireless Solution (Industrial Radio remotes) will be added advantage.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, Control panel wiring , hydraulic control systems, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Perform diagnostics and resolve software and hardware issues during production process.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
• Hands On Experience Is required

Quality Assurance & Technical Documentation:

• Monitor and maintain production quality standards.
• Identify and rectify issues affecting product quality related to electrical processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Update documentation following modifications or upgrades to systems and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with electrical standards.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP
• Candidate should be willing to learn & adapt with latest softwares & technology trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving..
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service, Logistics, and Procurement.
• Flexibility for cross-functional activities.
