Communicate and collaborate with various departments such as production, logistics, and quality assurance to maintain workflow efficiency Oversee resource allocation, including managing inventory levels, equipment availability, and material supplies Track and report on production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions to maintain timelines Assist with production planning and scheduling to ensure all deadlines are met, while balancing workload for team members Organize and facilitate production meetings, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed Maintain detailed production records, documentation, and reports to facilitate audits and improve future planning Work closely with vendors and suppliers to manage inbound materials and ensure timely delivery for production needs Support safety protocols and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all production activities align with company policies and standards Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working with team members to prevent future disruptions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
