Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at Electronic Arts in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in managing various special activities and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing multiple special activities such as large-scale meetings, event planning, logistics for conferences and parties, swags, and handling expense reports. - Conducting market research, gathering information, and negotiating contracts to facilitate deals effectively. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EA operations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance. - Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, acting as a trusted liaison for managers. - Collaborating with other departments within the company like HR, Facility, IT, and Finance as required. - Working with staffing vendors to track contract staff data accurately, including shift and OT allowances. - Preparing and sharing reports and analysis on data related to responsibilities and deliverables.
