Production Controller, ELT

As a Production Controller at ELT, your role will involve providing project management assistance, technical, and production support to Delivery Team Managers and Delivery Project Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that ELT digital products are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will include supporting the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization to final release, and handling administrative, content integration, and testing tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Delivery Project Managers in ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of ELT digital products throughout the full project lifecycle. - Support the development of digital product specifications during the conceptualization phase. - Receive, process, and deliver assets efficiently to facilitate timely production. - Flow content into interactive templates and make necessary amendments for accurate integration. - Conduct effective checking and testing of digital products to ensure stability before final sign-off. - Provide administrative assistance across all project areas to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or equivalent relevant experience. - Experience in a digital environment, preferably in education or publishing. - High literacy, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience in software testing.
