Opportunity – the ‘what’

As a Production Controller, you will:

• Support Delivery Project Managers throughout the full lifecycle of ELT digital product development.
• Assist in conceptualizing digital products and ensuring specifications are met.
• Manage and process digital assets for efficient production.
• Flow and amend content within interactive templates to ensure accurate integration.
• Conduct checks and testing to ensure product stability before release.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

Your work will directly impact the timely and high-quality delivery of ELT digital products, supporting learners and educators worldwide and strengthening OUP’s digital publishing capabilities.

About You

Essential Criteria

• Graduate or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in a digital environment, preferably in education or publishing
• High standard of literacy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in software testing

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teaching
