Production Assistant Manager API

You will be responsible for handling plant operations to ensure timely completion of production targets within pre-designated time and cost parameters. Your role will involve effective resource planning to optimize man and machine utilization, reduce waste, and enhance productivity with profitability. It will be essential to implement current standards of cGMP and ensure cleanliness of the area, equipment, components, and line clearance for operations. You will also perform line clearance in manufacturing and packaging during batch-to-batch and product-to-product changes, along with SAP transactions and system modifications. Your duties will include planning and implementing preventive maintenance for every equipment to ensure smooth production processes. Additionally, conducting safety training for shop floor, near miss reports, the cause of incidents, and unsafe acts and conditions will be part of your responsibilities. You will handle various operations and equipment in API manufacturing during production. In terms of job profile, you will be involved in manufacturing activities such as new process and product scale-up and validation in coordination with the P.D. Lab, managing shift operations to achieve predetermined targets, effective shift process and manpower handling, monitoring process parameters, analyzing process applications to enhance operational efficiency, planning production and batches, making decisions in troubleshooting and all plant activities, ensuring quality assurance and safety management, receiving raw materials and updating stock in the system, and working in a multi-product plant and powder processing area.
