1. Production Support: Assisting the Production Manager in the overall management of the stamping department, including supervising coordinators and other team members.
2. Production Planning & Execution: Helping to develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflow processes to meet targets and standards.
3. Quality Control: Ensuring that production meets established quality standards and investigating any quality issues.
4. Resource Management: Coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
5. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed and that the team is properly trained in safety protocols.
6. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing production issues, such as press, die, or quality problems, and coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
7. Reporting & Documentation: Assisting with required reporting, including production status, inventory, and other relevant data.
8. Continuous Improvement: Participating in initiatives to improve production processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
9. Training & Development: Assisting in the training of new team members and providing guidance to existing staff.
10. Inventory Management: Assisting in the management of raw materials and finished goods inventory.
11. Coordination: Liaising with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and production planning, to ensure smooth workflow.
