Role & responsibilities Production Plan and manage weekly production schedules to meet targets. Optimize manufacturing process to reduce cost while meeting quality. Work closely with quality control to address non-conformities. Monitor WIP (Work-in-progress) and ensure timely job completion. Supervise manufacturing and assembly operations. Team & Resource Management Supervise operator and shop floor workers and allocate tasks effectively Coordinate with procurement team to get raw materials, standard itemsand tools on time. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for production handoffs Train workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Qualifications & Skills Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering 48 years of experience in production &planning role, preferably in robotics or precision manufacturing. Knowledge of CNC machine operations (For example milling, turning.) Good knowledge of tooling and CAM software. Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, and lean practices Good knowledge of interpreting Manufacturing and Assembly Drawings.
