Job Title: Assistant/ Deputy Engineer - Production Job Description: We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor - Machine Section to support and guide the production team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of shop floor activities, drive process improvements, and maintain high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of machine operations. Analyze in-process rejections and implement corrective actions to minimize rework/wastage. Supervise all production operations and report directly to Section In-charges. Coordinate with PPC and Production In-charge to manage material shortages and plan alternatives. Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials for maximum productivity. Ensure proper implementation and display of work instructions, OCPs, MSDS, safety, and 5S-related documents on the shop floor. Encourage team participation in Kaizen, QCC (Quality Control Circles), and suggestion schemes . Maintain and update suggestion/QCC implementation status across the plant. Maintain ISO and IMS-related documentation and lead internal/external audits, ensuring closure of non-conformities. Organize and conduct training programs to upskill the plant workforce. Must Have Skills: Strong command over shop floor management and lean techniques. Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven experience in handling ISO/IMS audits and documentation. Supervisory Skills Core Analysis Problem Solving Communication Skills MS Office SAP
