Production & Accounts Assistant (Tally Prime + Excel Expert)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production & Accounts Assistant who can efficiently manage production batches and handle accounting tasks using Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor production batches on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and records in Tally Prime.
• Handle data entry, inventory updates, and stock management.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to production and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all data is recorded accurately and timely for management review.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Tally Prime software.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting, etc.).
• Ability to operate a computer system independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Capable of handling production-related documentation and tracking.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong Tally & Excel knowledge can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
