Do you have a clear voice, great communication skills, and a friendly approach? We’re looking for a Telecaller to handle daily order confirmation calls for our fast-growing e-commerce brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Calling customers to confirm COD & prepaid orders
• Resolving basic queries related to orders
• Updating order status in the system
• Coordinating with the dispatch & support team

What We’re Looking For:

• Good Hindi & Good English communication
• Polite, confident, and patient speaking tone
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Punctuality and professionalism
• Prior calling experience preferred (not mandatory)
