Product Support Manager

As a Production Support Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the dynamic development team and ensuring smooth functioning of system and applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving system/application issues to minimize business impact by collaborating with teams. - Analyzing logs/metrics using debugging tools to identify root causes of issues. - Maintaining records of incidents and conducting Root Cause Analysis. - Coordinating with developers, testers, and business users to prioritize fixes and implement enhancements. - Investigating recurring issues to prevent future disruptions. - Ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and compliance with service agreements. In terms of technical requirements, you should have proficiency in the following: - Languages: MySQL, Oracle, Mongo DB. - Domain knowledge: Lending domain (LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance). Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE, Bsc IT or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in production support, helpdesk management, or a related role. - Strong technical background with knowledge of IT systems, SQL/Oracle, and software applications. - Hands-on experience in the Lending domain and working on LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are also essential for this role, including: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
