You will be joining our team as a Product Support Engineer Intern, where you will be responsible for providing product support to our global clients. Your role will involve interacting with customers worldwide and ensuring a smooth experience with our product offerings. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various regions such as the USA, UK, Europe, Japan, China, Singapore, and India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the setup and execution of POCs for clients, aligning them with business objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality setup and testing of POC solutions. - Tailor POC solutions to demonstrate the value of AI based on stakeholder requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the POC phase. - Document observations for product improvement and track POC implementation results to showcase AI solutions' business impact. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum qualification: BTech or related branches. - 0-1 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in using software systems like SmartWinnr. - Familiarity with Gmail and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Results-driven, self-starter with strong motivation and persistence. - Passion for providing exceptional support and helping others.
