Product Support Engineer Intern

As a Product Support Engineer Intern at our company, you will be an essential part of our team dedicated to providing top-notch product support to our clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will involve leading the setup and execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients, ensuring that they are in line with business objectives and thoroughly tested for quality before delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as product, project management, sales, and support to create tailored POC solutions that showcase the value of AI technology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the POC phase. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting observations for product improvement and tracking the results from POC implementations to demonstrate the business impact of AI solutions. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum qualification of a BTech or related branches and ideally possess 0-1 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to effectively learn and utilize software systems like SmartWinnr. Proficiency in using Gmail and Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is also required.
