We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern who wants to learn about hybrid Cloud solutions, to join our R&D org. What you'll do (Duties and Responsibilities): Contribute to all aspects of the Support engineering process,including: owning tickets, responding to customer queries, fixing customer issues and documentation. Participate in monitoring the support ticket queue. Create and improve support documentation Contribute to a friendly and helpful company culture Learn & work on upgrades, troubleshooting and fixing issues: Document the known issues and fixes Help deploy the software in different environments Flexible with support shifts Other comparable work from time to time as instructed What you ll need (Basic Qualifications) Enrolled on a bachelor s degree in computer science or similar field Understanding of security, Systems and networking Must have knowledge in Python/Shell or any one of the scripting language Experience in software deployment tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Strong debug skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, team oriented Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical people. Excellent communication skills and high English proficiency Knowledge in basic Cloud Architecture Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
