Role Overview: As a Product Success Specialist, your primary focus will be to ensure that the products are not just launched but also used, loved, and scaled effectively. Your role is crucial in transforming the potential of the product into real customer impact by fostering connections between product, sales, CX, support, and operations teams. By collaborating with these key stakeholders, you will ensure that every product launch leads to adoption, every adoption results in positive outcomes, and every outcome contributes to product enhancement. Your daily tasks will involve decoding customer workflows to identify adoption barriers, assisting sales teams in implementing rollout plans, and translating frontline feedback into valuable product insights. You will seamlessly transition between strategic analysis and hands-on execution, from analyzing adoption trends to creating demos and playbooks, all the while seeking opportunities to enhance scalability through automation. Key Responsibilities: - Cross-functional Influence (GTM focus): Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and execute rollout and adoption plans effectively. - Deep Product & Process Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, its workflows, and user base to influence stakeholders, streamline processes, provide constructive feedback, and align processes with the product's objectives. - Data Analysis & Storytelling: Utilize data analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Metabase to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making related to adoption strategies. - Customer Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between customers and the product team, ensuring that customer feedback guides both adoption initiatives and product development. - Bias to Action: Demonstrate a proactive approach to cutting through ambiguity and driving execution with efficiency and clarity. Qualification Required: - Background in Customer Success, Program Management, or B2B SaaS with at least 2 years of experience working closely with product teams. - Proficiency in documentation, training, and storytelling to enhance adoption efforts. - Comfort with experimenting with AI tools to improve operational efficiency.,
