Key Responsibilities

• Designing and optimizing automation frameworks that guarantee the efficiency and reliability of test suites and scripts.
• Spearheading the automation of test scenarios for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms with a focus on minimizing execution time while maximizing coverage.
• Leading performance analysis and enhancement initiatives for automated test suites, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and swift turnaround times.
• Championing best practices in code quality, maintenance, and version control to facilitate peak performance of testing scripts.
• Delving into functional, cross-browser, web, and mobile platform testing.
• Crafting detailed test cases and directing the flow of execution.
• Collaborating with the development and operations teams to establish a seamless, high-velocity CI/CD pipeline.
• Crafting comprehensive, performance-focused test strategies that align with the complexity and scope of multi-faceted SaaS applications.
• Conducting thorough testing across various environments, including Development, QA, Support, and Production.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in developing high-performance automation tests with tools such as Selenium, Appium, and languages like Java.
• Demonstrable experience in benchmarking and optimizing the performance of automation scripts.
• Hands-on involvement in establishing automation strategies for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, with a particular focus on their integration into automated test suites.
• Mastery of testing techniques such as Blackbox, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing.
• Good communication skills
