We are seeking a dynamic Product Sourcing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing, procurement, and negotiation of electrical and electronics components and equipments products to meet our company's needs. *Responsibilities:* - Manage end-to-end product sourcing activities from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts - Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure timely procurement of materials - Source, fabricate, and procure products at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize sourcing strategies - Handle logistics and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery - Implement category management strategies to streamline procurement processes - Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations - Manage contract negotiations and maintain vendor relationships *Experience:* - Proven experience in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and production planning - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing terms - Experience in fabricating or procuring a variety of products - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management practices - Proficiency in category management techniques - Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract management principles Join us in this exciting opportunity to play a key role in our product sourcing operations.
