Product Solutions Engineer

As a member of the Loop team, you will be part of a subscription management platform focused on e-commerce brands using Shopify. Our market primarily consists of the US, with a growing presence in Europe and ANZ. We have experienced significant growth, achieving 5x growth in 2023, 3x growth in 2024, and are on track for 2.5x growth in 2025. With over $10M ARR generated through organic channels and a small yet high-performing team, we believe in maximizing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with onboarding specialists to facilitate the smooth onboarding of merchants, ensuring understanding of technical requirements. - Manage migration infrastructure to oversee the seamless transfer of subscription data from previous platforms to Loop, guaranteeing data integrity. - Provide technical support to clients throughout the onboarding process, promptly addressing any issues or concerns. - Develop and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration processes, and troubleshooting procedures for efficient issue resolution. - Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to prevent escalations or post-onboarding issues. - Utilize expertise in Shopify to assist merchants in implementing custom requirements effectively. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related field. - Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python scripts. - Experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently when necessary.
