Product Solutions Engineer

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, managing internal/external partners or customers, and data analysis using SQL/MySQL. Additionally, the candidate should have 3 years of experience working with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP, as well as 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages like Java, C/C++, or Python. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. The candidate should also possess the ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, deliver results, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups. Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are highly desirable. As a part of Google's gTech team, you will be responsible for launching and supporting new partnerships to grow products. This includes incubating and supporting the launch of new product features and API enhancements by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Managing stakeholder expectations, communicating with internal teams and external partners to provide technical and business feedback, and delivering technical solutions will also be key responsibilities. Furthermore, the candidate will be involved in designing, building, and maintaining tools to automate and streamline partner integrations, reporting, and operational processes. The primary focus will be on ensuring that customers benefit from the full potential of Google products, whether through bespoke solutions or scalable tools that can enhance their experience.
