Role Overview:

Responsibilities

• Build reusable frameworks and scalable & long-lasting ingestion architectures that promote efficiency and consistency across product development
• Creating & maintaining data models that describes the solution architecture
• Break down complex functionalities into well-defined features and optimize product architecture for efficient delivery.
• Work closely with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure system quality, performance, and security.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments, evaluate solution alternatives, and provide recommendations based on business impact.
• Ensure seamless integration of internal and external systems through API-driven and event-driven architectures.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to support development alignment with architecture.
• Review and guide engineering teams during implementation to ensure architectural integrity and adherence to design principles.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Optimize system performance, data flows, and overall architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with at least 5- 7 years of experience or master’s with at least 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience in product development, solution architecture, or a similar technical role
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative product development.
• Strong problem-solving and business-solution mindset, with the ability to align technology decisions with business goals.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable architectures, data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams, data flow designs, and solution documentation.
• Experience with modern development tools, CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Understanding of security, performance optimization, and high-availability design principles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
