Role & responsibilities Lead development of innovative and commercially viable products Apparels (woven, knits, garments, embroidery, hemming). Research global trends, materials, and technologies to drive fresh product concepts. Identify gaps and develop seasonal product collections aligned with customer needs and market trends. Manage sampling, prototyping, ensuring design accuracy and functionality. Preferred candidate profile Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or equivalent. Additional certifications in Product Innovation or Sustainability preferred.
