Executive- GPD

The responsibilities of this position include the smooth development of items for local supply, identifying feasible and cost-effective methods for product development, providing on-time estimates with the best production capability, initiating product re-engineering to stay ahead of the competition, driving the improvement of development speed through the ELS approach, circulating RBO updates among internal departments, approving counter samples, developing new products and customers, resolving customer queries related to product development, assisting in product pricing, maintaining business focus, responding to internal customer inquiries via email and phone, working within agreed service levels, taking ownership of assigned accounts, proactively following through with Hub (overseas) and internal departments to set up products promptly, ensuring timely resolution of queries, maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues, adhering to quality and productivity standards, assisting in gathering business requirements and analysis for continuous improvement in cost reduction, updating relevant documents and Oracle accurately, sensitizing client requirements, working effectively as part of a team, and sharing knowledge and skills to achieve individual, team, and organizational objectives. Qualifications for this position include a degree or engineering background in Printing Technology or Textile Engineering. A good knowledge of the industry is also required. The role demands a detailed understanding of the company's technology, strategies, activities, status, and goals. The candidate should be able to work in a customer account-based environment, correspond independently with internal customers and other Avery Dennison sites overseas regarding product development and marketing activities.,
