Product Owner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a mindset similar to that of a Scrum Masterorganized, process-driven, and highly collaborative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring the dev team has clarity and direction. We are an extremely talented team of developers with people coming from US universities, IIT, IIIT, NIT, and BIT Mesra.

• Act as the

  bridge between business and development teams

  , ensuring alignment on product vision and priorities.
• Manage and maintain the

  product backlog

  in Jira, including writing clear and detailed tickets.
• Own the

  end-to-end product lifecycle

  , from ideation to delivery.
• Create and maintain

  feature documentation

  , ensuring requirements are well-understood and accessible.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features.
• Facilitate discussions with developers to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and ensure the team is aligned with delivery goals.
• Continuously improve product processes and workflows to increase team efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

  (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a

  Product Owner

  ,

  Scrum Master

  , or in a similar product management role.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Agile frameworks

  (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency in

  Jira

  for ticket creation, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Excellent skills in

  requirements gathering, documentation, and feature definition

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to

  own processes from start to finish

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and guide dev teams effectively.
