Description
As a SAP-focused AI/Automation Platform Engineer at ZoomInfo, you will be a key member of the SAP team within Corporate Engineering. Your role will involve building and scaling SAP-native GenAI platforms, specifically SAP Joule and SAP intelligent automation services, to drive operational excellence across ZoomInfo's enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in driving subscription billing transformation, revenue recognition automation, and financial close optimization using SAP's advanced revenue management solutions and SAP Joule GenAI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and deploy SAP Joule GenAI capabilities to automate billing queries, revenue recognition analysis, financial close tasks, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. - Partner with Finance leadership, Revenue Operations, FP&A, and IT teams to translate business vision into actionable SAP BRIM/RAR/RTR solutions. - Conduct detailed analysis of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Revenue, and Record-to-Report processes to identify automation opportunities. - Lead discovery sessions with various teams to prioritize GenAI use cases for billing automation, revenue analytics, and financial close optimization. - Develop change management strategies, create training materials, and drive user adoption of SAP BRIM/RAR functionality and SAP Joule capabilities. - Define KPIs, implement SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards for revenue operations monitoring and reporting. - Collaborate with SAP product managers, architects, and data science leaders to translate SAP AI vision into actionable plans. - Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP-centric projects, including SAP Joule intelligent agents and automation frameworks. - Help develop and enforce technical standards for responsible AI use, security, and privacy within SAP AI systems. - Create comprehensive SAP technical documentation and share SAP knowledge across the engineering organization. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience implementing SAP Joule for Finance or Revenue Operations use cases. - SAP certification in BRIM, RAR, or S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with complex revenue scenarios, SaaS, subscription billing, CPQ tools, and SAP Integration Suite. - Knowledge of SOX compliance, financial controls, and audit requirements. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, Agile or SAP Activate methodology. - Exposure to SAP Joule and SAP GenAI technologies at enterprise scale. - Professional development opportunities in SAP AI/ML engineering. - Familiarity with SAP technology stack and modern SAP engineering practices.
