Product Owner

Job Brief:

We are looking for a product owner ./ techno functional consultant role Senior and experienced enough to lead the client discussion proactively who can conduct the workshops, elicit requirement and break it down to smaller functional pieces so that the development team can understand, who comes with a product development mindset.

Experience: 8+ Years

Job mode: Hybrid (3 days to work from Bangalore office)

Job location: Bangalore

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Serve as liaison between business teams and development teams.
• Transition the product vision into a practical backlog
• Advocate for the customers needs in front of the development team.
• Collaboration with Product teams to build business requirements and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with and empower a cross-functional team of designers, developers, testers and others to develop, implement, and release in alignment with product roadmaps.
• Translate internal and external customer requirements into small value user stories consumed by the development team
• Generate feature acceptance criteria with develop team and testers
• Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of all work items, such as new features, defects, non-functional requirements through the product backlog
• Assist with functional testing, including reviewing and accepting or declining output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been completed.
• Support customers across global time zones Required Qualifications:
• 4 to 6years of optimally leading as a product owner or equivalent experience
• Technical ability to partner with development teams.
• Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with experience as Business Analyst.
• Product owner certification (CSPO)
• Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise (SAFe) Preferred Experience:
• Experience in planning and completing a multi-quarter release plan
