Product Owner, AVP

You will play an important role in delivering change in the Non-Financial Risk space as a Product Owner. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the Front-To-Back (F2B) business and functional requirements, data analysis, writing business requirement documents, functional specifications, and tracking issues. You will also coordinate UAT including writing test packs. Your role requires understanding Operational and non-Financial Risk in the investment banking domain, functional analysis, and programming skills are a plus. You should be able to think critically, analyze workflows and data, suggest solutions to mitigate risks, improve efficiency, and recommend automated solutions. Additionally, you will be the primary contact for business divisions and technology solution providers for all solution identification aspects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead projects (Front-to-Back) - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in Non-Financial Risk space - Translate user requirements and write Business Requirements documents - Create User Stories - Utilize waterfall and Agile Methodology tools (Jama, Jira) - Write functional specification documents - Collaborate closely with functional analysts and application owners - Challenge requirements when necessary - Support creation of business cases - Manage user acceptance testing and test case development - Ensure correct training of end users and support teams - Support implementation team and solve post go-live issues - Create presentations for senior management forums - Coordinate and manage F2B UAT - Gather and interpret market intelligence - Interact with Central Risk Control Teams, Internal/External Auditors - Work closely with Dev team to understand non-Functional requirements for NFRM applications/products **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years experience as a Product Owner and Business Analyst in an Investment Banking environment - Subject matter expertise in Non-Financial Risk Management - Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Strong problem-solving and analysis skills - Proactive and delivery-oriented approach - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint The company, DB Global Technology, is committed to being the best financial services provider in the world.
