Product Owner

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner for a 3-month contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure alignment with staff augmentation goals and client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with staff augmentation models is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 3 Months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Compensation: Monthly
• Work Mode: On-site

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
