As a Product Owner, your role will involve driving the vision for the product by representing the voice of the customer and employing a human-centered design approach. You will be responsible for shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently meets the needs and wants of clients. Additionally, you will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams - Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable solutions - Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather and document business requirements - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to capture project goals and pain points - Design test cases for the entire application and build RTM for the requirements - Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, testing, and implementation - Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and escalate issues/risks as needed - Support change management and user training efforts **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 7 years of work experience in the Travel Industry in areas such as Business Analysis Design, Domain Consulting, Digital Transformation, Operational Transformation, Product Management, and Implementation - Experience in Agile/Scrum teams, defining Use Cases, Product Backlog, Business Case, and requirements management - Deep understanding of airline/airport business process models - Proficiency in Aviation IT Solutions - Experience in Amadeus API Integration testing, TIBCO or MULESOFT - Experience in automation testing of web services using tools like Postman and SOAPUI - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills - Professional client-interfacing experience - Ability to lead a team as well as work in a team If you are looking for a challenging role in the airline industry, this position based in Gurugram may be the right fit for you.
