Role & responsibilities 10+ years experience as a Product Owner and Business Analyst in an Investment Banking environment Subject matter expertise in Non-Financial risk Management (information Risk and Resilience Management - IRRM and Operational Risk Management-ORM) Control Framework. Experience in conceptualization and solution definition Prior experience with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile. Excellent communication skills Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines Assertive with the ability to interact with various control and operational Good documentation skills including process modelling Strong problem solving and analysis skills Proactive, delivery orientated approach Knowledge on Investment Banking Risk control Frameworks and Matrix. Enthusiastic can do’ approach to all responsibilities Ability to take direction as needed as well as being able to work independently Excellent PC skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
