Job Description

As a dynamic Product & Marketing Manager at AdCounty Media, your role will involve driving product growth, brand positioning, and marketing strategies for digital and mobile advertising solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Enhancing existing products and developing new marketing solutions in collaboration with tech and business teams. - Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Gathering feedback from internal teams, clients, and partners to improve user experience and product performance. - Monitoring and evaluating product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. In terms of marketing and brand strategy, you will be responsible for: - Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote AdCounty's products and services. - Developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. - Managing content creation for marketing collaterals, website, social media, and campaigns. - Collaborating with design and communication teams to ensure consistent branding. - Conducting market research and creating data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand visibility. - Managing event participation, PR activities, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence. You will also need to: - Track KPIs for both product and marketing initiatives. - Prepare performance reports and insights to support strategic decision-making. - Optimize marketing ROI through data analysis and automation tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or performance marketing. - Strong understanding of mobile marketing, ad tech, user acquisition, and growth marketing. - Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. This role requires skills in strategy, analytics, and data to effectively drive product and marketing initiatives.,
