Product Manager

The Product Manager II for Data and Analytics Experiences at Tekion in Bangalore, India, with 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management for SaaS Analytics and UX, plays a crucial role in leading the development of customer-facing BI applications. Tekion is revolutionizing automotive retail with intelligent software solutions for dealerships, OEMs, and consumers, driving data-driven decisions in North America and Europe. In this role, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of customer-facing BI applications, ensuring intuitive workflows and powerful visualizations. You will collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to translate complex business needs into impactful product experiences. Managing the usability, accessibility, and engagement strategy for a portfolio of analytics interfaces used by dealerships, OEMs, and internal teams is a key responsibility. Working closely with engineering, UX, and data teams, you will transform ideas into scalable, high-quality product releases, addressing challenging user experience problems across budgeting, forecasting, and operational intelligence applications. You will validate solutions through user testing, customer feedback, and rapid iteration, championing data-informed decision-making while balancing vision, feedback, and design sensibility. Supporting the integration and customization of ThoughtSpot and other embedded analytics experiences within Tekion products is also part of your role. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with enterprise or customer-facing SaaS products. Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures, particularly for analytics or data-driven applications, is required. Experience in budgeting, planning, or financial forecasting interfaces is a strong plus, along with familiarity with BI tools, especially ThoughtSpot, and a passion for crafting seamless data experiences for business users. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to distill complexity and align cross-functional teams. A track record of delivering products with measurable impact, in collaboration with design and engineering teams, is desired.
