Product Manager / Senior Product Manager - Rheumatology

As a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in the Product Management Team at Ipca Laboratories Ltd in Mumbai, you will be focusing on the Rheumatology segment. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Proactively develop marketing and promotional strategies to achieve brand objectives and meet customer needs. - Design promotional and communication strategies for the assigned brand. - Collaborate with external agencies to create compelling brand communication. - Develop customer-oriented campaigns and special activities for the assigned brands. - Monitor business performance and external environment, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet business objectives. - Serve as a brand champion to inspire enthusiasm among internal customers. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or Science (B. Sc.). - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing within the Pharma Product Management Team. - Experience in any segment with a focus on marketing. - Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and creativity. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
