Product Manager, Public Cloud

As a Product Manager at Workday, your role involves driving the definition and development of tooling, capabilities, and processes to efficiently provision and manage public cloud infrastructure and services at scale on AWS and GCP. You will partner with an Engineering leader to build the vision in this space, prioritize roadmap items, and deliver features crucial to Workday's growth strategy in international markets. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Engineering to build the vision and roadmap priorities - Defining and developing tooling, capabilities, and processes for public cloud infrastructure management - Prioritizing features integral to Workday's growth strategy in international markets To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field - 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role - Knowledge and experience working with public cloud technology stacks (AWS or GCP) - Proven track record managing the entire product lifecycle - Advanced communication and influencing skills - Collaborative style to successfully implement a sophisticated product roadmap - MBA or Masters degree is a plus - Platform Product Management Experience - Analytical abilities, including exploration, research, and measurement - Experience with Scrum and other Agile development methodologies - Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) - Passionate about Developer Experience - Embraces new technologies and seeks a deeper level of technical understanding Additionally, Workday offers a Flexible Work approach that allows for a combination of in-person and remote work.
