Product Manager (Oracle fusion)

You are being sought after to take on the role of a Product Manager in the realm of financial transformation and ERP implementation projects for an E-commerce/Retail business. Your primary focus will be utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar platforms to drive these projects forward. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end use cases, managing dependencies among various enterprise systems like Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and optimizing both financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency within the organization. In this position, you will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to grasp the business needs, identify automation opportunities, and ultimately deliver scalable product features that elevate financial operations in an E-commerce/Retail setting. Your tasks will include defining and owning end-to-end financial use cases, ensuring seamless integration with different enterprise systems, optimizing financial workflows, enhancing automation and visibility, and supporting scalability in financial operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with departments such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service to address financial and operational pain points. You will lead process discovery workshops, translate requirements accurately with Engineering and ERP Solution teams, analyze financial processes for improvements, implement automated reconciliation processes, support scalability during peak sales periods, drive process standardization, and oversee the product roadmap for financial transformation initiatives. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in transformation or ERP implementations. Strong familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP platforms, expertise in enterprise systems and their financial dependencies in an E-commerce/Retail environment, a proven track record in automation-driven financial product features, stakeholder management skills, process optimization capabilities, knowledge of agile methodologies, and a keen eye on industry trends are essential.
