Product Manager (Medical Device)

Greetings from Adecco! We are currently screening candidates for a Product Management position with a Leading Medical Device Company in Delhi/Noida. The company is involved in Manufacturing within the Healthcare/Pharma/Medical device sector. The ideal candidate should have 5-15 years of experience in Product Management. As a Product Specialist, your responsibilities will include resolving medical queries, delivering scientific presentations to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing clinical engagement programs, providing feedback on new product evaluations, and establishing professional relationships with KOLs. You will also be involved in medico-marketing activities such as conducting CMEs, organizing meetings, and participating in conferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for self-development initiatives including creating engagement programs, post-marketing surveillance, data publication, and medical write-ups. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop, and execute marketing strategies and tactics for a specified product segment. This collaboration will help in achieving revenue and profit expectations, working closely with the Sales & Marketing team. You will liaise with technical management, R&D, medical directorship, marketing, and sales teams to define product attributes, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. The qualifications required for this position include a professional background in Pharma/Science/Medical or related graduation, along with exposure to the Pharma/Medical Device Industry in Product Management.
