Job Profile:
- Product Manager R&D (also referred to as Product Manager in this document) builds and implements product vision to meet customer, end user and business needs
- Product Manager owns and manages defined product, product area, system, or component at global level. Product manager drives customer value creation by owning the development agenda to ensure also the desired cost levels, quality, reliability, competitiveness, time-to-market, and disturbance-free operational processes in each phase of the product lifetime.
- Product Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the product area/component over the lifecycle. Product Manager is accountable that required customer value, cost, quality, reliability, competitiveness, market-coverage, time-to-market, and disturbance-free operational processes are met. He/she may lead the team

Develop best possible Platform for Alarm phones systems.
- Drive Product Roadmap by collaborating with teams for Devices, Connectivity, Infrastructure & Processes
- Infrastructure & Deployment Awareness: Stay informed about the infrastructure landscape, deployment environments (cloud/on-premises/edge), and where lift alarm phone applications are hosted to support better product planning
- End-to-End System Integration Knowledge: Understand functionally how different components work together functionally - from lift alarm activation through communication channels to emergency response systems - to facilitate informed backlog prioritization and feature planning
- Technical Constraint & Scalability Insight: Maintain visibility into technical debt, system limitations, and scalability factors to help align product roadmap with technical realities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively

- You have strong Technical Digital product management experience and exposure in international environment.
- You have solid agile leadership skills and proof on leading and scaling products globally.
- You have strong technical acumen and knowledge of key digital technologies (Devices, IoT , Cloud, Infrastructure and digital services)
- You possess strong business mind and capability to quantify customer value and business benefits for R&D efforts.
- You are data-savvy and KPI driven, you use data, data analysis and related tools in your daily decision making
- You are an inspiring communicator.
- You have great collaboration skills across R&D and business stakeholders being able to cut through organizational boundaries and complexities.
The desired candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of technical product leadership experience with proven track record of success stories
- Telecommunications including VoIP knowledge & awareness of software-based solutions.
- Demonstrated skills & techniques of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Agile leadership experience in practice
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Excellent Team Leadership skills to guide teams through product's journey, inspiring member to achieve a common goal.
- Proven ability to engage with developers, designers, and company leaders in an inspiring, constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Proven experience on leading and scaling successfully customer-facing digital products in global scale.
- Demonstrate great collaboration skills across business stakeholders, dependent teams and able to manage organizational boundaries and complexities.
