Key Responsibilities
- Business and Product Analytics
- Analyze product performance metrics (active users, adoption, NRR, ACV, usage, retention) to derive actionable insights.
- Create dashboards and reports that connect product, customer, and financial data for leadership visibility.
- Identify product gaps, adoption barriers, and opportunities for cross-sell/upsell.
- Insights, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs and reporting cadence for product performance, business outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Consolidate and share actionable insights
- Recommend actions to improve customer experience, product adoption, and business efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Project Management
- Drive alignment across PMs, Engineering, Product Marketing, CSMs, and Sales on key deliverables and outcomes.
- Standardize execution frameworks and best practices for NPI/NFI management across the product portfolio.
- NPI/NFI Planning and Execution
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to define NPI/NFI objectives, success metrics, and execution milestones.
- Coordinate across functions to ensure launch readiness, risk tracking, and timely delivery.
- Establish governance rhythms (e.g., Post Preview, Readouts, QBRs) and maintain visibility into dependencies, issues, and decisions.
- Track adoption, customer impact, and revenue contribution of NPIs/NFIs post-launch.

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analytics roles.
- Proven experience leading or supporting NPI/NFI launches or major cross-functional product initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, SQL, or Excel.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs (ARR, NRR, adoption, churn, NPS), and go-to-market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work across global teams, drive accountability, and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
