About Us

Started in 2019, STAGE is a dialect-based OTT platform known for producing premium quality content in Indian dialects to reinforce, protect and validate peoples sense of identity for their culture and heritage.

We currently focus on Haryanvi, Rajasthani, and Bhojpuri dialects. Our mobile apps have 25 Mn+ downloads and 5 Mn+ paid customers globally. That makes STAGE the biggest media platform in these regions.

About our Product, Design, and Engineering Team

Our lean, high-impact team includes:

• 20 engineers

  who ship fast and smart

• 4 product managers and 3 designers

  , closely collaborating across functions

We are strongly focused on product quality, smart engineering practices, and tech-driven experimentation. Our tech stack includes React.js, Flutter, Kotlin, Next.js, Typescript, Express, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and more. We favor buying over building, and choose scalability and long-term maintainability.

Role Overview

Product Manager Growth

You’ll work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, marketing, and data to unlock new growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the

  end-to-end execution

  of growth-focused product features and experiments
• Translate high-level goals into actionable

  product specs, wireframes, and stories

• Collaborate with design

  to create intuitive, impactful user journeys

• Coordinate with engineering

  for smooth development, QA, and timely releases
• Define, measure, and

  track north-star metrics and KPIs

  for growth initiatives
• Derive

  data-driven insights

  and translate them into product improvements
• Work with various verticals of the marketing team to

  ensure success of growth initiatives

• Proactively work towards identifying areas of concerns across all growth initiatives
• Contribute to the

  product strategy for PLG

  (Product-Led Growth) at STAGE
• Champion a culture of

  experimentation, accountability, and first-principles thinking

• Have high ownership and accountability for responsibilities entrusted to you

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years

  of overall product management experience

  in high growth B2C orgs

• Strong

  verbal, reading, writing, and listening comprehension

  is a must
• Solid understanding of

  UX principles

  and

  design-thinking frameworks

• Proven track record of doing quality product work with high performing product teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to

  balance quantitative and qualitative information

  to make decisions
• Self-starter with

  high ownership

  and the ability to

  operate autonomously and in teams

• A strong sense of

  identity with your culture/dialect/language

  is a strong plus
• Exposure to

  video streaming or OTT domain

  is a strong plus
