What you can look forward to as Product Manager, Fleet Digital Solutions:

• Develop fleet strategy: Utilize granular understanding of fleet customers needs and usage vehicle patterns to identify promising opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap for Aftermarket Digital Solutions until 2030
• Together with product and functional teams define experience at various touchpoints for different segments of the fleet market
• Participate in external events including as a speaker to build brand awareness for ZF and fleet portfolio among decision makers
• Participate in shaping and executing strategic partnerships and technology decisions
• Develop and own business case including metrics and governance during execution
• Serve as a sounding board and influence overall ZF AM strategy to unlock synergies and resource advantages across workshops and distributors
• Develop innovation site for creation and co-creation of new fleet digital solutions

Your profile as Product Manager, Fleet Digital Solutions:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics), or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in a core fleet management role where the fleet is composed of multi-brand. In-depth understanding of fleet decision making and impact of decisions on fleet expenses
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and use of new technologies to solve fleet challenges. Familiarity with FMS tools, ERP and utilization of data to improve fleet KPIs is must.
• Experience defining, tracking and utilizing KPIs to drive fleet performance, evaluate impact, and inform strategic decisions
• In depth understanding of vehicle telematics, diagnostics and maintenance of vehicles. Experienced in negotiating with suppliers of spares, fleet SaaS vendors and independent workshops
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurship experience is a plus
