Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as the Discovery & Product Research Lead for Times NRI, a platform focused on addressing the needs of affluent NRIs. Your responsibilities will involve driving deep, end-to-end discovery across the platform lifecycle by blending qualitative insights with quantitative rigor. You will work closely with the Business Head and product leadership to inform product strategy based on customer and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute continuous discovery efforts to validate or challenge product assumptions. - Conduct qualitative interviews, ethnographic research, and usability testing with target NRI users. - Design, launch, and analyze quantitative surveys to test hypotheses at scale. - Identify discovery opportunities at feature, service, and strategy levels. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and test key product bets. - Translate discovery insights into prioritized decisions with product managers, designers, and engineering teams. - Use AI-enabled no-code tools to build test pages, forms, and emailers for idea validation. - Deploy lightweight experiments, lead collection flows, and rapid landing pages to drive rapid experimentation. - Organize research findings into clear, actionable summaries and reports to share with teams. - Build and manage relationships across product, design, growth, content, and strategy functions to ensure shared alignment on discovery learnings. Qualification Required: - 4 to 7 years of experience in product research, user research, or UX strategy. - Proven ability to lead research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods. - Experience with AI-based no-code tools for building prototypes and workflows. - Comfortable collaborating across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams. - Strong communication and synthesis skills to turn insights into action. - Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity with structure and clarity.
