Job Description

As part of our team at Motive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling our Front Office and Back Office systems to facilitate our rapid international expansion. Your responsibilities will involve identifying and addressing inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the Salesforce ecosystem and other enterprise applications to enhance our quote-to-cash process, ensure smooth data flow between departments, and uphold system reliability to support Motive's growth. Your main tasks will include enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Order Management to understand their needs, prioritize them based on overall business objectives, and drive strategic initiatives on platforms like Salesforce, Zuora, and Netsuite. In this role, you will be involved in drafting design documents, gathering requirements, creating test and deployment plans, managing communications, and overseeing initiatives from inception to implementation. Close collaboration with Systems Administration, Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams will be essential to implement system changes promptly and with the highest quality. We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of Front Office and Back Office business processes related to CRM systems, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You should have at least 3 years of experience in designing solutions for CRM platforms that optimize business processes. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Revenue principles is desirable, along with the ability to work effectively with various business stakeholders across technical, developer, and business communities. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills will be vital in translating business challenges into user stories and technical requirements. Additionally, you should be adept at explaining complex systems and technical concepts clearly through written, visual, and oral communication.
