Product Manager-AI Prompt Engineering

As a Product Manager in the Product Operations team, you will be part of a transformative journey aimed at enhancing the operating model to drive productivity and innovation. Your primary focus will be on prompt engineering at scale, designing and deploying production-ready prompts that deliver real business value for the Product Operations function. This will involve translating complex business needs into AI-promoten prompt solutions to improve efficiency, automate processes, and generate actionable insights. In cases where a solution requires development beyond prompt engineering, you will also step into a Product Manager capacity, drafting requirements, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring successful execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deploy production-grade prompts to address various business challenges such as data synthesis, reporting, workflow automation, and process optimization. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into prompt-based AI solutions. - Occasionally act as a Product Manager for AI/ML initiatives that require additional engineering work, including writing requirements, managing dependencies, and coordinating delivery. - Engage with cross-functional teams (engineering, training, change management) to ensure seamless integration of prompt and AI/ML solutions. - Maintain a backlog of prompt engineering use cases, prioritize based on business value, and deliver iteratively to align with product operations function goals. - Enable teams to effectively utilize developed prompt/AI ML solutions through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of work experience, with exposure to product management, engineering, or data/AI-driven roles. Depth in problem-solving and delivery at scale is essential, not necessarily all years in AI/ML. - Hands-on expertise with large language models (LLMs) and proven experience in creating effective, production-ready prompts and AI solutions. - Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application to real-world business problems. - Good understanding of PDLC and SDLC, with practical experience in applying Agile methodologies in large, complex organizations. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic problem-solving ability with an execution-first mindset, comfortable in quickly transitioning from whiteboard solutions to a working product.,
