Role Overview: Contentstack is looking for an exceptional product manager to lead security and access initiatives across the enterprise Composable DXP/CMS platform. As the PM, Security & Access, you will define and analyze security requirements, work on RBAC, SSO, SCIM, MFA, IdP, Oauth, user administration, and similar implementations. Your role combines technical security expertise with product vision to ensure enterprise customers can confidently manage digital experiences while meeting strict security and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for delivering new security enhancements and products, ensuring easy and reliable deployment for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own Contentstack's security product strategy and roadmap, making security and access management a key differentiator for enterprise and regulated industries - Build and execute a vision for best-in-class security and access controls to protect customer data while providing an intuitive user experience - Partner with various teams like UX, docs, marketing, growth, and engineering to deliver high-quality work - Collaborate with privacy, legal, and security teams to implement robust solutions for data protection, privacy compliance, and digital sovereignty - Drive the development of security features to help IT and security administrators confidently deploy Contentstack across their organizations - Conduct competitive research on security capabilities to stay ahead of the market - Understand customer needs, prioritize improvements, and maintain up-to-date product roadmaps - Work closely with solutions architects and sales engineers to enable security-focused customer implementations - Monitor security-related KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to the security and access posture Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products, focusing on security features and capabilities - Domain expertise in data security, data privacy, encryption, access control, authentication, and user administration technologies - Strong technical acumen with knowledge of MFA, SSO, SCIM, IdP, Oauth, RBAC, REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web development architectures - Experience working with enterprise security teams and understanding their requirements - Track record of successfully delivering security features balancing protection with usability - Ability to translate complex security concepts into simple, actionable requirements - Experience collaborating with engineering leadership on technical security implementations - Curiosity about the future of web security, SaaS, DXP, and access controls - Excellent communication skills to articulate security concepts to different audiences Note: The job description also mentions the company's dedication to customers and communities through programs like Contentstack Cares and its commitment to equity among employees, partners, and customers.
