Product Manager 2 - New Product Development

As a Product Manager 2 at Cult.fit, you will be leading the new product development charter to accelerate fitness adoption in India. Your role will involve identifying emerging fitness trends, understanding user needs, and developing industry-first products from scratch with the strategy team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for new product development. - Conduct market research and user analysis to inform product development and innovation. - Experiment, test hypotheses, and validate findings. - Define user personas and optimize customer journeys for enhanced engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create omnichannel experiences. - Establish performance metrics for product initiatives and track progress towards business objectives. - Innovate and iterate on product features and services.
