Product Management - Manager/ Sr. Manager- Lending Platform

As a Product Manager for Merchant Lending, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with business, growth, design, and cross-functional teams to gain insights into product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability, and impact assessment of each use case. You will demonstrate the ability to comprehend various technology platforms, their functionalities, and collaborate effectively with solution architects/engineering leads to draft comprehensive product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps, and ensure timely deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include defining and optimizing funnels to enhance adoption rates, minimize drop-offs, and boost approval/disbursement rates. Leveraging data analytics, you will identify bottlenecks, formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments (A/B testing), and monitor outcomes. You will actively participate in testing edge cases, proactively evaluating products and features to offer early-cycle feedback. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of entire user journeys, you will establish product reporting mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess product success through a data-driven approach. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, coupled with an MBA from a reputed institution. Your expertise in Lending within Product Management, specifically in developing credit platform products, and familiarity with the Fintech/BFSI/Lending domain will be crucial.
