About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager, the responsibility will be to lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The role entails full ownership of the product lifecyclefrom concept and strategy to launch and ongoing enhancement—while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading industry professionals and influence the creation of exceptional, customer-first experiences in the Alternate Accommodation space. What will you be doing: Defining and articulating product vision and strategy. Leading end-to-end strategy, roadmap planning, and launch of new features and products Shaping the overall customer experience for consumers and accommodation partners by developing impactful user experiences across frontend and backend systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Revenue, Category, and Supply functions, to ensure cohesive product development. Utilizing strong data acumen to understand core user problems and develop effective solutions. Demonstrating empathy towards both end consumers and accommodation suppliers to drive positive changes in the accommodation ecosystem. Conceptualizing and building accurate, scalable, and impactful products and features. Overseeing product releases in collaboration with technology, design, and QA teams. Establishing and monitoring product KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement. Gaining valuable product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research. Evaluating market competition and positioning the product line to attract and retain users. Continuously analyzing product performance post-launch and iterating to enhance the product experience. Qualification & Experience: Engineering or Management graduate from a reputed institute with 4–8 years of experience in a product management role for a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business or product. Key Success Factors for the Role: Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems. High ownership and end-to-end problem-solving, with a strong knack for understanding consumer problems and a commitment to solving them. Strong technological know-how, with an understanding of how technology impacts the product roadmap and development. Business-oriented mindset, consistently thinking about ROI, revenue, and overall business impact. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with business management, engineering, and UI/UX teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with complex datasets using standard data analysis tools and techniques (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL querying). Prior experience with Google Analytics/Omniture will be an added advantage.
