As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the following key aspects of the role: - Product Development & Channelization: - Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products aligned with market needs and company objectives. - Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize product distribution and reach target markets effectively. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans. - Product Launch: - Plan and execute comprehensive product launch strategies, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure readiness across all facets of the organization. - Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Maintenance & Upgrades: - Establish processes for regular product maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. - Identify opportunities for product enhancements and oversee the implementation of upgrades. - Manage the product lifecycle, including end-of-life planning and transition strategies. - Ecosystem Security: - Develop and enforce security protocols to protect product integrity and user data within the ecosystem. - Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Stay abreast of emerging security threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,
