We are hiring a UPI Product Lead to drive the complete product lifecycle for our B2C payments portfolio . This role is ideal for someone who understands the UPI ecosystem deeply and can design end to end digital customer journeys across onboarding , activation & UPI transaction flows .

Key Responsibilities

This role will comprise of

• User Centric Mindset:

  You will be responsible forunderstanding customer needs as well as stay on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative.Should have Capability to translate user feedback into actionable insights for product development.

• Product Vision & Strategy

  : Should have ability to define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact. Product enhancement with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach.

• Product Development Life Cycle

  : Should have strong understanding of stages that a product goes through from concept to market launch & beyond.

• Ecosystem collaboration

  : Self-starter to collaborate closely with ecosystem players to co-build products that don't exist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, risk, compliance) to develop and launch new card products

• Market Research & Analysis -

  Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and regulatory landscape for payments in India.

• Tech Know-how

  - Strong knowledge of engineering practices in product development using Agile / Scrum principles

• Data-driven decision making

  You will be responsible in using data and analytics to guide decisions about product development , enhancement and in deciding overall strategy of the product
